Hunter Chase evening at Cheltenham

Cheltenham Racecourse’s Hunter Chase evening, the last event in the racecourse’s annual calendar, will be returning to Prestbury Park this spring.

Racing fans will be heading to Cheltenham Racecourse for the last date in Prestbury Park’s calendar this Wednesday 2 May 2012, when the Hunter Chase evening gets underway – providing spectators with six competitive hunter chases over distances ranging from an extended two miles to four miles and one furlong.

Promising to be a great way to end the campaign at Cheltenham, amateur jockeys are given a chance to shine on the racecourse, while off the track the popular meeting provides an excuse to soak up the social atmosphere – and hopefully the warm evening weather.
