The Autumn Classic at Prescott
Cheltenham’s Prescott Speed Hill Climb is going all American this October, when The Autumn Classic 2011 two-day motoring spectacular gets underway.
Prescott Speed Hill Climb, near Cheltenham, is set to host two days of Americana for its end of season Autumn Classic on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 October 2011.
Each of the one-day events will be a celebration of American automobiles at their best – including vintage hot rods, flatheads and muscle cars, alongside iconic motorcycles and crowd-pullers such as FB Racing’s 1934 Ford Coupe.
Visitors will also be able to see the Ford V8 Owners Club’s impressive range of vehicles, with classic American cars competing on the famous hill climb course on both days.
Family entertainment is set to include the return of the Wall of Death ridden by the Ken Fox Troupe on 1920s Indian Motorcycles, not to mention rock ‘n’ roll music performed Sam and His Sax. Plus, don’t miss the cheerleaders and custom car competition.
