Stroud Half Marathon
The Stroud Half Marathon, one of Gloucestershire’s biggest public participation events, takes place on Sunday 25 October 2009.
While the race is full to capacity this year, there’s still the opportunity to cheer on the runners and watch them cross the official start line on Sunday morning.
Starting at Caincross Road from 10am, the race has been staged for the last 28 years with participants raising thousands of pounds for charity. This year the race’s nominated charity is St Rose’s School’s Smile Appeal.
