Warehouse Climbing Centre set to move to state-of-the-art new venue

Little ones and grown-ups alike can look forward to reaching new heights, with Warehouse Climbing Centre revealing exciting plans for an innovative new leisure attraction in Gloucester.

Gloucestershire families can get ready to scale climbing walls, zoom down zip lines and take on the bouldering zone, as plans for a brand-new climbing centre in Gloucester are revealed.

The brainchild of Gloucester’s iconic Warehouse Climbing Centre team, the plans are set to include one of the UK’s largest indoor climbing walls, artificial caving facilities, zip lines and a multi-activity tower in an exciting new development.

Boasting both indoor and outdoor activities with an exhilarating high-level and low-level ropes course, the new centre promises to offer the perfect place for families, groups and adventure-seeking visitors to hone a new skill or simply enjoy a great day out.

While the new centre’s location is still to be confirmed, experts in activity centres, Robert and David Stevens from VentureActive – who also own part of The Warehouse – hope to create a year-round leisure attraction in the heart of Gloucestershire.

Co-director David Stevens said ‘After 12 months in development, we’re delighted to be able to go public with our future plans. We see the venue being a landmark attraction for Gloucestershire and hope to be able to announce further details including the location over the next few weeks – so watch this space!’
