Comedian Jason Manford will be taking the limelight at Cheltenham Town Hall in the autumn, as part of his extensive UK tour.

Writer, comedian, actor, radio and television presenter Jason Manford is taking the UK by storm on a jam-packed tour of the nation, and Gloucestershire comedy-fans will be able to see what all the fuss is about when the funnyman performs at Cheltenham Town Hall on both Friday 3 and Saturday 4 September 2010.

Jason began his comedy career in 1999 – while working as a glass collector in a Manchester club and filling the gap when an act failed to arrive – and has since amassed a series of awards, played some of the UK’s biggest venues and taken his act around the world.

More recent accolades include a role as team captain on the Jimmy Carr-presented show 8 out of 10 Cats, hosting a breakfast show on XFM Manchester, performing at _Live at the Apollo’ and presenting his own television shows Premier League Allstars Extra Time and Tonightly.
