Whether you hope Gary Lucy, Kieron Richardson or Hayley Tamaddon takes the Dancing on Ice title this year, a troupe of professional Russian Ice Stars will be giving Gloucestershire skating fans a chance to see their spectacular moves in real life this spring – when Snow White on Ice arrives at the Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham.

On stage from Tuesday 23 to Sunday 28 March 2010, the brand new production of the timeless fairytale, will see the original story of the enchanted mirror, a beautiful girl, the ultimate Prince Charming and a shiny red apple brought to life on ice in truly spectacular style – with ballet, gymnastics and aerial aerobatics.

Organisers says: ‘The world-famous Russian ice dancers create a stir every time they visit, as the Everyman stage is transformed into an ice rink. The champion skaters (many of them ex Olympic stars) push the boundaries of ice dance in ever new directions with their leaps, lifts, spins and twirls, to create a mesmerising and jaw-dropping show.’

Promising to be a breath-taking spectacle for all ages, the company has brought productions including Cirque De Glace, Beauty and the Beast on Ice or Peter Pan on Ice to The Everyman in previous years.

So whether you enjoyed the Russian Ice Stars’ antics in the past or can’t get enough of the ITV reality show, don’t miss the chance to the spellbinding ice skating on stage at The Everyman this spring.
