Event ended

4 July – Ian Cognito, Pippa Evans and Rob Deering will all be taking to Gloucester Guildhall’s stage, as part of the regular Big Laugh Cafe Comedy Club.

Having been banned from more venues than any other British comic – according to organisers – Ian Cognito’s show is certainly not for the faint-hearted, but is sure to be the highlight of this month’s Big Laugh Cafe at Gloucester Giuldhall.

After 17 years in the business Cognito is reputed as one of the circuit’s most consistent performers, not suitable for television but having garnered an outstanding reputation with comedy aficionados.

London-based Pippa Evans, meanwhile, will also be gracing the stage, promising nothing less than a fantastic set of character comedy – and proving why she’s had the capital’s critics singing her praises.

Then, last but by no means least, SoGlos.com favourite Rob Deering will be completing the night’s live entertainment, combining razor-sharp wit, an easy-going charm and clownish physicality to make for a performance which is sure to be nothing short of brilliant.

Gloucestershire comedy nights don’t get much better than this.
