Jimmy Carr's Rapier Wit tour promises to be another sell out in Cheltenham.
Jimmy Carr's Rapier Wit tour promises to be another sell out in Cheltenham.

Stand-up comedian Jimmy Carr’s tours have a habit of selling out, and selling out fast – not least when he’s playing in Cheltenham, where he has a string of sell outs at the Town Hall to his name.

At Cheltenham Town Hall on Monday 8 and Sunday 28 February 2010, Jimmy Carr’s latest tour Rapier Wit will be premiering in Edinburgh before the one-man show takes to the road to play venues nationwide.

The jam-packed schedule follows on from his highly successful Repeat Offender and Joke Technician tours, and one of the busiest men on the comedy circuit will also be squeezing in filming for 8 Out of 10 Cats, as well as enhancing his growing reputation in the US.

Organisers say: ‘A heady mix of artistic integrity, loyalty and avarice has put Jimmy back on the road yet again. If you only see one comedy show this year… what’s the matter with you? Get out more.’

Tickets for Jimmy Carr's Rapier Wit tour in Cheltenham have now sold out.
