Reginald D Hunter comedy night in Stroud

The Live At The Apollo star will be entertaining audiences in Stroud this February.

Following on from the sellout Ardal O’Hanlon event in December, Stroud Comedy Monthly is back with another night of live stand-up – this time including headling act Reginald D Hunter.

The Live at the Apollo star and Have I Got News For You regular is an Alabama-born performer who started his career in the US following a dare from a friend, and has since gone from strength to strength as a circuit institution.

Additional credits include the likes of 8 Out of 10 Cats and Never Mind the Buzzcocks, while Reginald has been nominated for the prestigious Perrier Comedy Awards three times.

At the Stroud event audiences can expect a performance combining the comedian’s love of acting with his great passion for seeing the funnier side of life. While organisers say his potent blend of down to earth honesty and hilarious anecdotes about life and relationships have captivated audiences worldwide, and been the bedrock of Hunter’s success.

Plus, joining Reginald on the evening of Thursday 18 February 2010 will be Mock of the Week regular Ben Norris, comedy magician Pete Firman and star of Michael Mcintyre’s Comedy Roadshow Jon Richardson. Don’t miss out.
