The Valley Clan Collective will once again be taking over Sandford Parks Lido on Saturday 7 July 2012 for an alfresco performance of its latest work, Spring Chicken Fracas.
Described as a hilarious, two-act tale of love, revenge and chicken rustling, the Glenn Andrews comedy is hoping to be a hit with local theatre-goers, as well as those with a penchant for our feathered friends.
Organisers said: ‘It’s that time of year again – time for the Shepton Nibley Spring Fayre! And this year it’s different, for Chico’s Fabulous Chicken Circus is coming to town.
‘The excitement is palpable; everyone is looking forward to the return of the Chicken Circus. Everyone except for Donald, for whom it opens painful old wounds… Will the Spring Fayre be a success? Will it pass off peacefully leaving joyful memories for all? Or will it be clucking mayhem?’
To find out how it all ends for Donald and the flock, book your tickets now and prepare for a summer’s eve filled with featherbrained laughter.
