Described as ‘somewhere between The Truman Show and a psychological thriller’ by organisers, Ring is the latest offering from Fuel theatre company, set to astound an audience at Parabola Arts Centre on Wednesday 10 October 2012.
Promising a theatre experience like no other, the brave Cheltenham audience will sit in complete darkness wearing headphones and be immersed in a secret meeting as they listen to a mystery unfold around them.
Organisers said: ‘You may not know us by name, but we will probably seem familiar. Maybe we have driven you home, engaged you in small talk, smiled at you across a crowded train.
‘We are the reassuring voices in your ear. You are already a valued member of the group and we’re thinking about you more and more. We can only say that your presence at our meeting will be greatly appreciated. In fact without you there will be no meeting. You are the heart of our organisation.’
Confused? Then head to Parabola Arts Centre where the mystery will be revealed.
Please note, while the 7.30pm show had now sold at the time of writing, organisers have added a second show on the same evening, taking place at 9.15pm.
