The Everyman Theatre will welcome compelling new drama, Pressure to the stage in spring, a thrilling play written by and starring award-winning actor David Haig.

Running in Cheltenham from Tuesday 6 to Saturday 10 March 2018, Pressure is a real-life thriller set around D-Day in 1944, when one man’s decision will change the course of history, on a day when the weather forecast has never been more important.

The intense drama follows meteorologist James Stagg who advises General Eisenhower on when to give the order to send thousands of waiting troops across the Channel, with the future of Britain, Europe and their relationship with the United States at stake, and thousands of lives hanging in the balance.

Hailed by The Herald as ‘a grippingly pacey adventure yarn’, Pressure promises gripping entertainment in Cheltenham.
