A Bristol hotel is offering hopeless husbands the chance to hone their domestic skills in an attempt to keep their brides happy far beyond their wedding day!

The Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton Hotel’s news Groom Academy will offer undomesticated men a unique package of practical tutorials such as essential housekeeping, cocktail-making and even towel art.

The Filton Road hotel’s experienced chef will even take men through a step-by-step guide on how to make an impressive meal.

What’s more, grooms who tie the knot at the hotel will receive annual text reminders to ensure they never forget an anniversary.

Lara Beechey, general manager at Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton, said: ‘we recognise that there are lots of other factors that help make a happy marriage last. That’s why we’ve launched our exclusive Groom Academy to transform clueless men into perfect husbands who know how to keep the romance alive.’
