Elmore Court unveils exciting refurbishment plans

Gloucestershire's Elmore Court is set to become an even more desirable wedding venue in 2017 when it adds to its existing space with an exciting new refurbishment project.

Picture-perfect Gloucestershire manor house, Elmore Court, has exciting plans for the wedding venue in 2017, with impressive refurbishments set to be unveiled in spring.

Over the past two-three months, the Guise family, owners of Elmore Court, have been renovating part of the manor that was previously their private home and incorporating it into the rest of the house.

The project will add a further eight rooms to Elmore Court, and provide a totally new space for guests to enjoy – offering couples even more reason to say ‘I do’ at the beautiful grade II listed mansion.

Among the impressive changes is a brand new room that could serve as a gorgeous bridal suite, a luxurious family room, and two flats, complete with self-catering capabilities, which are being refurbished from the original servants’ quarters.

There’s also a brand new building in the works, named The Coach House, which, although a completely self-contained space, will still automatically be included as part of the hire when you book Elmore Court as a wedding venue for the night before the big day.

This will allow the team at Elmore to look after you and will provide you space to get ready on the day from early in the morning. The Coach House will be able to sleep six, making an ideal secluded hideaway for a bride and her bridesmaids to relax before the buzz of the wedding celebrations.

Elmore Court will be closed during January and February 2017 in order to complete refurbishments throughout the whole house. Renovations to the rooms in the main house are set to finish in March, with the rest completed by April.

Keep up-to-date with all the exciting developments at Elmore Court on their new website, which goes live in January 2017.
