Workplace choir company On:Song launched HUM in January 2021 to offer online wellbeing and singing sessions that use breath, vocal techniques and movement to manage stress and improve wellbeing in a safe, socially distanced way.

HUM provide bespoke regular sessions and one-off workshops to businesses, focussing on the four key issues of stress, sleep, connection and energy to give your workplace a wellbeing boost through 30- or 60-minute sessions run via Zoom.

On Friday 10 September 2021, Cheltenham Wellbeing Festival shares its advice on embracing the ‘new normal’ in the workplace at its event, How To Survive and Thrive in a Post Covid World.

What’s on offer

Aiming to help businesses see out 2021 on a high, Cheltenham Wellbeing Festival is inviting businesses to come together for its event, How To Survive in a Post Covid World: Embracing The New Normal in the Workplace. As well as two keynote speakers, the event will include a market and afternoon tea.

Cheltenham Wellbeing Festival is working in partnership with Support Small UK, which will be on hand providing an opportunity for small business owners to network and make valuable contacts. The keynote talks will also be recorded and made available as educational resources after the event – and for anyone who isn’t able to attend.

As well as running the Cheltenham Wellbeing Festival – which is set to return to the town in 2022 – and exclusive wellbeing events throughout the year, the team behind the festival produces The WellBook, a free online resource full of expert advice and interviews on everything from boosting immunity to spotting the early signs of mental health problems.
