Organised by Gloucestershire County Council, the session is free to attend and will include a short presentation about the children that need foster homes and the support and opportunities that are available for people interested in fostering. A foster carer will be there to share their story and answer any questions you may have.

Perfect for anyone who’d like to find out more, the event is suitable for everyone from all walks of life. Anyone over 21 could be suitable for fostering, there isn’t an upper age limit and foster carers can be renting a property or a homeowner, co-habiting or single.

With over 700 children in Gloucestershire in care, the information session is a fantastic opportunity to find out how you can make a big difference to the life of a local child.
