264 poppies crocheted by staff and former students will be on display at the University of Gloucestershire to mark the centenary of World War One.

Taking place at the Francis Close Hall Chapel from Monday 5 November to Friday 9 November 2018, the display will also feature biography cards for each of the former students from the University’s predecessor colleges, who lost their lives in the First World War.

The moving display is open to all during the week, and a special ‘Remembering Together’ service takes place in the chapel on Friday 9 November 2018 at 12.30pm.
