All abilities are welcomed to the courses, where a team of professionals are able to offer support as learners explore the world of creativity and its positive effects — especially anyone who is experiencing stress/anxiety/depression, behaviour-related health issues, bereavement or major life changes or chronic pain or illness.
This course is fun for all the family and is delivered in an online virtual classroom enabling you to study from anywhere.
You will be taught drawing, illustration, animation as well as a variety of creative skills by a tutor who will offer regular family group feedback through webinars or written chats via Teams.
This course is designed to help relieve stress and anxiety and all you need for it is a passion for the subject.
This online course will see you guided through meditation where there is a focus on the sensations of breathing and mentally scanning your body which in turn will bring awareness to each area.
The first step on SGS’s counselling training programme, the L2 CPCAB course is designed to offer the underpinning knowledge and skills in order for you to use them ethically and safely in a variety of situations.
This will include submitting a complete portfolio of evidence as well as having to sit an external assessment all of which can help can improve personal and professional relationships.
An interactive online learning environment will see students study six areas in the L2 qualification, including anatomy and physiology for exercise and maximising the customer experience among others.

This course results in a nationally recognised qualification and is split into six manageable units, which provides a comprehensive understanding of the key topics surrounding nutrition and health.
Studying is carried out via distance learning with a recommendation of a minimum of two to four hours per week, which should have the course completed within 12 weeks.
Every week you will receive a live remote session from your subject teacher, where you will be able to ask questions and interact with other students – all while you learn the key elements required to write a pilot TV screenplay: including narrative structure; characterisation; archetypes; writing effective dialogue; theme and formatting.
