About Josser's chef role

Providing a truly unique experience, Josser is looking for a chef to head up its 2026 season.

The right candidate will lead Josser's food offering of seasonal, produce-led menus, spanning brunch, dinner and Sunday lunch.

Josser is also recruiting for front-of-house, kiosk and event staff, too.

About Josser

One of Gloucestershire's most memorable dining experiences, Josser isn't your typical restaurant.

Founded by The Circus Chef, Ols Halas, with his wife Amber, Josser offers 'dining under canvas' in the heart of St Michael's Park. Lit with fairy lights, guests sit at communal oak tables that encourage a sense of community and camaraderie, feasting on seasonal dishes made with the finest local produce and Ols's signature theatrical flair.

Who would be perfect for Josser's chef role?

Josser is looking for an experienced chef with a passion for seasonal produce, who would relish the challenge of working outdoors – and potentially living on-site for the 2026 season.

What is the package?

Offering the chance to be part of a creative, friendly and inclusive team where they can learn, grow and have fun, the chef role at Josser is a genuinely unique hospitality experience.

As well as working in one of the most beautiful parks in the county, in the capital of the Cotswolds, the chef will also have the opportunity to live on-site in Josser's lovingly converted Wag 'n' Drag lorry, which featured on George Clarke's Amazing Spaces.
