Hatton Court launches festive afternoon tea

Escape from the hustle and bustle of Christmas at Hatton Court hotel, with its tempting new festive afternoon tea providing the perfect antidote to any seasonal stresses.

Retreat to the cosy setting of Hatton Court hotel this winter and indulge in its new festive afternoon tea, offering a delightful seasonal take on the British tradition.

The country house hotel, located on the outskirts of Gloucester, provides a relaxed setting for sampling its new afternoon tea menu, which features seasonal ingredients, such as walnuts, ginger, poached pears, and Christmas spices.

Diners can expect to tuck into festive finger sandwiches, mulled wine jelly, traditional fruit cake, Christmas macarons, cranberry and walnut scones, and a snowball cake, while there are an array of teas, serve in Japanese Tetsubin kettles, to choose from.

The festive afternoon tea, served in the Tara Restaurant, is £25 per couple and is available from November to the end of January.
