Set to be a real treat for foodies, the acclaimed Slaughters Manor House will be the setting for Battle of the Chefs, a special evening of culinary competition by three award-winning chefs on Tuesday 9 July 2019.
The Slaughter Manor House’s executive chef will go head-to-head with counterparts from Gidleigh Park and Buckland Manor – all part of the Andrew Brownsword Hotels collection – to create a delicious six-course tasting menu, showcasing their favourite dishes and techniques.
Each of the talented chefs will create two courses championing their signature style, and guests will then be invited to vote for their preferred course to crown the favourite chef.
The Battle of the Chefs event includes an arrival drink with canapés, a six-course dinner with three matched wines, as well as coffee and petit fours.
