2. The Botanist


There’s a huge menu on offer at The Botanist promising a truly sensory experience. Located at Cheltenham’s Brewery Quarter, the venue focuses on using subtle, delicate and sometimes strong flavours from greenhouse herbs, to create memorable cocktails that also look amazing on the ‘gram!

Whether you fancy a fruity concoction, a gin-based creation, or a unique smoking tea pots, there’s something for every palate, along with delicious alcohol-free cocktails.


3. Gin & Juice


Gin & Juice is a sophisticated and trendy bar which is part of hotel and restaurant, No.131.

Located at the top of Cheltenham’s Promenade, the bar has over 300 gins, but also serves up a fantastic range of cocktails using other spirits too.


4. The Fire Station


Paying homage to its former use, The Fire Station boasts exposed brick walls and original features, as well of plenty of space to enjoy a perfectly-crafted cocktail from its centrepiece bar.

Providing traditional mixes and local favourites like the Cotswold Rose and Fire Station Old Fashioned, this is sure to be a cocktail hot spot that you’ll return to again and again.


5. John Gordons


With a quaint courtyard and a cosy atmosphere, John Gordons Bar is nestled on Montpellier Walk and is the perfect spot for enjoying a tasty cocktail before a big night out in Cheltenham.


6. Seventeen Black


Come for the cocktails and stay for the dancing! Cirencester’s Seventeen Black is home to an eclectic cocktail menu, with a regular two-for-one offer available.

Home to a range of stunning oriental teas, and a massive gin selection, Memsahib Gin and Tea Bar in Cheltenham is a lovely location for a lovingly-prepared cocktail.

The venue offers discounts on some cocktails each evening, and even has its own blend of gin for a unique mix you won’t find anywhere else in Gloucestershire.

Chic Cheltenham cocktail bar, Door 4 opened in 2017 in Cheltenham’s Montpellier area and offers creatively presented cocktails in a stylish environment.

The venue also has a fantastic wine selection, as well as delicious charcuterie if all those cocktails make you peckish!


9. Téatro


Based in Cirencester and connected to the popular Barn Theatre, Téatro is a stylish restaurant and bar with live piano, where guests can enjoy deliciously mixed cocktails.


10. The Clarence Social


Featuring a secret speakeasy bar and a mezzanine restaurant, The Clarence Social in Cheltenham is a super-cool cocktail bar in the heart of town.

There’s also live music and DJs every week, so it’s a great place for dancing too!


11. Revolution Cheltenham


Cheltenham’s Revolution might be part of a chain, but this is one venue that’s worth mentioning if you love bargain cocktails, and one heck of a party atmosphere.

11. The Ivy Montpellier Brasserie
