Tiger’s Eye in Gloucester is an innovative Pan-Asian fusion restaurant situated at The Old Bell, and is also home to a popular bar offering exceptional cocktails – with a reputation for serving the ‘best mojitos in town’.
Launched in 2008, the intimate Gloucester city centre restaurant seats 50, with the Tiger’s Eye menu inspired by head chef Rob Sinyard’s extensive travels across Asia. Dishes include a range of freshly-made sushi, nigiri, ramen noodles and bao buns, alongside mains such as Thai green curry and five-spice duck breast with wasabi mash. The venue’s Izakaya tapas selection is first-rate, with plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans.
Tiger’s Eye’s renowned ‘hot rock grill’ gives this Gloucester restaurant a unique edge, offering guests the chance to enjoy an interactive dining experience and cook their meat to their liking on a super-heated volcanic rock, right at the table. Diners can choose from wagyu steak, buffalo, zebra and kangaroo fillet, to king prawns and tuna loin, for example.
One of Gloucester’s most popular independent eateries, Tiger’s Eye is a firm favourite with locals.
