The lowdown: The Isbourne offers a sanctuary for wellbeing and spiritual development in the heart of Cheltenham. The centre’s educational programme spans an extensive array of courses, workshops and guest speaker talks that are specifically designed to promote health and fitness for the mind, body and soul. With communication, healing, self-development and spirituality all featuring in its diverse range of regular courses and events, you will leave feeling revitalised, refreshed and ready to take on 2019. Plus, the centre also offers a range of accredited courses for both holistic practitioners and those who want to learn more about alternative therapies.

Venue: Cheltenham Pilates and Yoga Studios

The lowdown: Cheltenham Pilates and Yoga has over 100 classes a week, offering plenty of opportunity to practice your poses at its relaxing and welcoming spaces. Founded in 2009, the yoga classes take place at its Rodney Road studio, while the Pilates and Barre studio is located at Sherborne Place.
