6 of the latest fitness trends to try in Gloucestershire

1. SUP Yoga

Whether you take on the fiendish Forest Warrior race or the daunting Cheltenham Challenge, get down and dirty in the Devil Mud Run or enjoy a finish-line pint in the Stroud Beer Race, runners can choose from a host of fun and fierce events in the county to test their fitness in a unique way.
