Offering a fascinating insight into reflexology and its development as an alternative therapy, The Isbourne will host a four-week quality endorsed course this September.

The Isbourne’s four-week course, A Beginner's Guide to Reflexology, promises an insightful and enjoyable experience with experienced teacher Cathy Bebbington.

Running weekly from Saturday 1 to Saturday 22 June 2019, the quality endorsed course explores the fascinating background to reflexology, as well as its history and development as an alternative therapy.

Individuals will be shown how to use different techniques including the history of reflexology, working with base oils, practitioner care and more.

Providing ample opportunity to try out new skills on others, the experimental course is the perfect way for beginners to start their journey, gaining knowledge and skills along the way.
