Beginners can enjoy a workshop that’s unique in Cheltenham and introduces them to both mat and reformer Pilates; offering the chance to find out the class which suits them best.
Taking place at The Pilates Studio on Saturday 10 November 2018, the workshop will explore how to improve posture, and banish aches and pains; learn how to use breath to find stabilising muscles, tackle ‘computer posture’, get stronger and more flexible.
A small, friendly, introductory class, individuals can grow in confidence, getting the chance to try out the reformer machinery safely and effectively.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, the Pilates Fundamentals workshop is the ideal opportunity to try something new and benefit from the exercise which remains highly popular with everyone from the elderly to sports figures.
