Marking Men's Health Week, The Isbourne will host an invigorating Chi workout that's completely free for men to attend.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or you’re a pro at tai chi, The Isbourne is inviting men to try its Chi Workout, with free entry too!

Combining qi gong sets including Energy Gates, Tai Chi Circling Hands and Dragon and Tiger, the session will take place on Friday 14 June 2019 and is perfect for all abilities.

The class will use a method known as “separate and combine”, which means each of the moves are learned before putting together into one combined movement.

Teaching visitors how to tune into body alignments, improve their balance and coordination, there’s no need to book the class, visitors can simply turn up.
