Cotswold Lavender announces summer opening dates

Cotswold Lavender near Broadway has announced exactly when it will open its fields in June 2020, with social distancing, an outdoor pop-up shop and picnics encouraged.

Despite previous uncertainty, Cotswold Lavender’s fragrant fields will open to the public when the flowers are in full bloom this summer.

The Cotswold Lavender fields will be open from Monday 22 June 2020 until Sunday 26 July 2020, with mid-July expected to be the best time to see the flowers at their peak before harvesting.

Situated at Hill Barn Farm in Snowshill, near Broadway, Cotswold Lavender will just be opening its fields to members of the public to enjoy the spectacular views and seize plenty of photo opportunities.

Social distancing will, of course, be in place this year, and the factory, shop and tearoom will be closed, but there will be a pop-up shop accepting card payments only, and visitors can bring their own picnics to enjoy outdoors.

Entry to Cotswold Lavender’s display field costs £4 for adults, £2 for children aged five to 15, while under-fives are free of charge. Booking in advance is not required.

For more information, call Cotswold Lavender on (01386) 854821.
