Located in the picturesque Cotswold town of Tetbury, The Close Hotel has strengthened its reputation as a glorious home from home after being awarded with its fourth star from The AA.
The country house hotel, which became part of The Cotswold Inns and Hotels collection in 2013, was officially announced as a four-star standard following an inspection, with two rosettes for culinary excellence and a breakfast award.
Commenting on the new accolade, general manager, Chris McCambridge said: ‘We are delighted that our hard work and excellent standards have been further recognised. The entire team has worked extremely hard and this industry recognition is very well deserved.’
The Close Hotel, situated on Long Street in the centre of the Cotswold market town, combines historical charm with elegant style, and offers an idyllic spot for visitors to eat, sleep and unwind.
