The Kings Head Hotel will open its doors for a sensational New Year’s Eve Celebration, promising to get 2018 off to a brilliant start with dinner, disco and DJ.
Taking place at the Cirencester hotel on Sunday 31 December 2017, the event will see guests greeted with a welcome cocktail, before sitting down in the beautiful Assembly Room for a delicious four-course dinner.
Sure to delight diners, first courses span game terrine with pistachio and cranberry, sauternes jelly, micro-salad and truffle-scented brioche toast; or a tomato and courgette tartlet with red onion jam.
The second course offers either pan-seared stone bass with oyster emulsion and nasturtium leaves; or braised globe artichoke with mushroom duxelle and chive beurre blanc.
Following this, diners can choose a 28-day aged fillet of beef with Lyonnaise potatoes, salt-baked carrots, crispy shallots and Madeira jus; or goat’s cheese, spinach and pine nut pithivier. And to finish, tuck into a mulled wine poached pear with vanilla panna cotta, hazelnut crumb and raspberry gel.
Following the decadent meal, there’s the chance to hit the dance floor and boogie the night away with the hotel’s resident DJ, before ringing in 2018 with a complimentary glass of fizz.
