The Gloucester Cajun and Zydeco Festival is back for its 25th year in 2018, with a three-day line-up of performances guaranteed to draw in crowds from far and wide.

The longest running Cajun and Zydeco Festival in Europe, Gloucester Guildhall’s 2018 showcase promises to be nothing short of a three-day, non-stop Louisiana party – with a host of acclaimed acts on the bill for its milestone anniversary.

Comprising live music, dancing, workshops, food, and an atmosphere that’s become legendary, local music fans are in for a real treat on their doorstep, while the unique festival also attracts visitors from across the UK and beyond.

This year’s festival will be returning to Gloucester Guildhall from Friday 26 to Sunday 28 January 2018 and boasts an impressive line-up of internationally renowned artists, performing an eclectic blend of genres from traditional to contemporary.

Friday will welcome The River Zydeco Band and Double Shots; while on Saturday revellers can see Jeffery Broussard, of the legendary band Zydeco Force, five-piece band Cajun Roosters, and the UK’s Pon ‘Bro.

Meanwhile, on Sunday there will be music from The Po Boys, Hogan’s Heroes, and Trio Hot Creole, promising a brilliant finish to the three-day showcase.
