Toast 2019 at Cheltenham Racecourse, where a host of thrilling races and a chance to continue the New Year celebrations with family and friends awaits this New Year’s Day.

Cheltenham will once again be hosting its annual New Year’s Day racing on Tuesday 1 January 2019, promising the perfect way to continue the celebrations in style.

Whether you’re a racing expert or want to start the new year with a spot of trackside action in the festive fresh air, the New Year’s Day racing event in Cheltenham is a highlight on the town’s annual calendar time and again.

There are seven compelling contests lined up on the track, while Paw Patrol's Chase and Marshall will be making appearances throughout the day, and the fantastic Family Fun Zone and children’s activities are perfect for keeping youngsters happy. Even better, under 18s get free entry to the day’s racing.

Adding to the day’s events, the Hipcats Big Band will be entertaining audiences with their performances of jazz and swing songs.

With attendance from some of the best horses, jockeys and trainers in the UK, spending New Year’s Day at Cheltenham Racecourse beats a day in front of the box.
