Keen gym goers or complete novices can learn all about how to use kettlebells in an informative training workshop with South West Sports Education in Gloucester.

Found in pretty much every gym around, kettlebells are great to add into your workout, but knowing what to do with them is a whole other question.

Providing expert and friendly advice on how to use kettlebells safely and effectively, South West Sports Education will hold an interactive session on Saturday 27 April 2019.

Whether you’re hitting the gym all week or are looking to shape up your fitness regime, the handy session is suitable for all levels of fitness and each attendee will receive a certificate after completing the session.

A great way to tone up, lose weight and add a bit of variety to your workout, the kettlebells workshop will take place in Gloucester.
