9 amazing team building experiences in Gloucestershire

Gone are the days of ‘blue sky thinking’ while locked in a drab conference suite! It’s time to have some fun with your workmates with one of these fantastic team building experiences in Gloucestershire.

If the mention of a team building day generates groans from across your office, it might be time to trade in the flipcharts and conference rooms, and book onto one of Gloucestershire’s most exciting team building experiences.

From shooting and sumo wrestling, through to off-road experiences and alcohol-fuelled excursions, there are so many more inspiring ways to get your team working together, right here in Gloucestershire.

Operated by six-time Olympic coach, Ian Coley, the venue caters to both beginners and more advanced shooters with a range of experienced instructors available for group and individual lessons.

Dog lovers will jump at the chance to enjoy a team building day with Arctic Quest. Based just outside of Tewkesbury at the Croft Farm Waterpark, groups of eight or more can experience the thrill of a husky dog sledding trek.

There’s even the opportunity to stay the night in a traditional tipi or herder’s hut, complete with campfire, furs and beds – the most authentic mushing experience you’ll get outside of Alaska!

If the weather isn’t looking great, there are also a number of indoor options designed to mentally test teams. And if you want to release your inner child, there’s even a fully stocked bar, ping pong, table football, Nintendo 64 and Connect 4!
