Award-winning caterers Ross & Ross Food is set to showcase its dishes when it hosts its inaugural Pop-up Wedding Evening at new Cotswold wedding venue, The Barn at Upcote, this autumn.
A wedding fair with a difference, the event will take place on Saturday 8 October 2016, starting with venue tours from 5.30pm, before a three-course meal is served by Ross & Ross at 7pm.
In association with The Barn at Upcote owners, Jo and Andrew Montague-Fuller, and Oasis Events, the pop-up evening will allow guests the chance to join a guided tour of the venue, and see its hidden glamping pods.
Guests can expect to receive the menu in advance of the evening, with the three courses to be accompanied by a selection of wines, and followed by local music and dancing.
Based in Chipping Norton, Ross & Ross Food specialises in unique catering for wedding celebrations, with couples able to create personalised menus to complement their big day.
Tickets for the event cost £25, which is refundable for couples who book Ross & Ross’s services for their wedding day.
Speaking of the event, Ross Whitmill, director and chef of Ross & Ross Food said: ‘We wanted to bring the wedding planning to life and transform the traditional wedding fair. In this stunning venue, with the help and imagination from local suppliers, this is your chance to taste the food and envisage what your big day could look and feel like’.
