Lights, Santa, Action Christmas spectacular announced for Cheltenham

Little ones and grown-ups alike can get in the festive spirit with a whole host of Christmassy celebrations when Lights, Santa, Action takes place in Cheltenham this winter.

Promising festive fun this winter, Cheltenham will host a brand new Christmas celebration that’s set to light up the town on Saturday 25 November 2017.

Sprinkling seasonal cheer around Cheltenham, organisations BID and Cheltenham Borough Council are pulling out all the stops this year with a whole host of festivities including brand new Christmas lights and exciting events.

Set to light up the town with stunning Christmas lights and showcasing a multi-coloured spectacle at Boots Corner, lighting experts Blachmere Illuminations will adorn the streets with festive lighting.

Little ones can enjoy the magic too, with a chance to visit Santa Claus and enjoy traditional Christmas songs performed by The Salvation Army, whilst The Brewery will be welcoming visitors by hosting its very own festive party.

Director of BID, Kevan Blackadder said: ‘After months of hard work and planning, we are excited to be offering so much over the festive period for residents and visitors this year’.

With celebrations taking place along the Promenade, in Montpellier and across the town itself, there’s something for everyone.
