Rachel Shilston offers bespoke art commissions

Artist Rachel Shilston, who owns a studio near Chepstow, now offers bespoke commissions for businesses and schools.

An artist who specialises in creating bespoke mosaics and mural artworks, Rachel Shilston has added another string to her bow and is now offering bespoke commissions.

The owner of Rachel Shilston Inspiring Creativity Studio has started creating pieces for businesses and primary schools, with hopes to continue and expand the venture in the future.

With a passion for creating unique, one-off mosaic artworks which are designed especially for her client’s specifications, Rachel’s commissions have recently included a piece made for a new patchwork shop in Ross-on-Wye.

Showcasing her skill for designing something completely bespoke, Rachel’s design for the shop incorporated its logo, recreating it with a range of glass tiles, ceramic beads and broken pottery.

The design also included treasures found in the proprietor’s button collection, using vintage buttons that had belonged to family members, adding an extra personal and sentiment element to the design.

For more information about Rachel’s commissions call (01594) 844221, or visit directly.
