Foodies and real ale fans will be flocking to Gloucester bar, Tank, for a delicious food and drink pairing evening this spring, offering the chance to sample some sensational sausages, washed down with award-winning brews.
The tasty event will see Tank team up with street food supplier, Forked, on Thursday 23 March 2017, cooking up four of its premium sausages, which will be served alongside four varieties of mashed potato, and four different beers from Gloucester Brewery.
The sausages will be made by the multiple award-winning Wiltshire butchers, Walter Rose & Son, and include a steak and ale flavour, made using the brewery’s own Cascade beer.
Meanwhile, with a talk from an experienced brewer about the food pairings on offer during the evening, Tank Gets Forked promises an evening which is both delicious and enjoyable – not to mention a tempting treat for sausage fans across Gloucestershire.
Please note, this is a ticketed event.
