The Front Rooms in Cheltenham closes down
News - The Front Rooms in Cheltenham, the town's newest live music venue, has closed down.
Just a few months after launching in the autumn of 2009, live music venue The Front Rooms in Cheltenham has closed down.
The sad and unexpected news spread across the county today, following an announcement that the anticipated Exposure Music Awards on Saturday 27 March 2010 was to be held at Gloucester Guildhall – instead of at The Front Rooms as planned for some months.
The Front Rooms’ website appeared to have been taken down for a few hours today, and now simply shows the message ‘closed for business’.
While no further information had been issued at the time of writing, live music fans from across Cheltenham and beyond will no doubt be disappointed to hear the news.
