Montpellier Legal is moving into new offices at Cheltenham's Brewery Quarter this summer 2023.

Montpellier Legal, a fast-growing Gloucestershire law firm, has announced it is moving into new premises at The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham — a move that takes the popular business, leisure and retail destination to 99 per cent capacity.

The specialist conveyancing law firm is moving into new offices above Pizza Express this summer 2023 after continued growth and expansion in the sector.

Montpellier Legal's CEO, Simon Thomas, said: 'Most legal firms are still stuck in the past when it comes to conveyancing. What our clients are always surprised and delighted with is the speed in which we get the job done, and how well we communicate the process to them.

'It’s why in the last 18 months our business has grown at the rate it has.'

COO, Nick Ponting, added: 'We’re thrilled to be bringing our modern headquarters to The Brewery Quarter. It is a fantastic location for our employees and our clients alike.

'We’re excited to be part of such a vibrant and diverse community of businesses. We look forward to servicing our clients in the area and contributing to the continued growth and success of The Brewery Quarter.'

With 60,000 sq ft of office space on site and a prime location in the centre of Cheltenham, The Brewery Quarter is proving a popular choice for businesses, as well as consumers.

Now at 99 per cent capacity, it's a significant milestone for The Brewery Quarter, too, with just one 2,000 sq ft unit remaining for let.

Nikki Kontarines, director of Martin Commercial Properties, the managing agents of The Brewery Quarter, said: 'Montpellier Legal's decision to open an office in The Brewery Quarter is a testament to the destination's appeal and its reputation as a hub for commerce and entrepreneurship.

'It solidifies our position as a sought after destination for businesses looking to establish a presence in the area.'

The move was facilitated by Cheltenham-based THP Chartered Surveyors, with partner Oliver Workman saying: 'We were delighted to facilitate Montpellier Legal’s relocation, this is a clear indication that the Brewery Quarter has now become the home for business alongside its existing Leisure and Retail offer.

'Montpellier Legal join Amwins, SLG and Hub 8 as part of a growing office contingent at the Brewery Quarter.'

Montpellier Legal's new office is due to open this summer and will offer a range of conveyancing services, including sale and purchase transactions for freehold and leasehold properties.
