Forming a key part of SoGlos’s 15-year anniversary celebrations lined up for 2022, we’re delighted to announce the launch of the brand-new Gloucestershire Bucket List, the definitive collection of 100 ultimate things to do in the county, handpicked by our expert team of journalists.

Taking the form of both a beautifully designed, hand illustrated A2-printed Gloucestershire Bucket List – devised to be displayed on fridges and noticeboards in homes across the county, with checkboxes to tick off inclusions as you go – and a more detailed, regularly updated digital version, SoGlos’s Gloucestershire Bucket List has been painstakingly curated to offer year-round inspiration whether you’re a lifetime Gloucestershire resident or first-time visitor.

The special guide’s carefully selected inclusions are all unique to Gloucestershire and span Cheltenham, the Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury, with sections dedicated to ‘Food and Drink’, ‘Great outdoors, ‘Culture fix’, ‘Family fun’, ‘Unique stays’ and ‘Unmissable events’.

Expect to find plenty of firm favourites to have made the cut, from walking a stretch of the Cotswold Way at number one, feeding the animals at Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park at number 31 and experiencing the jump racing action at Cheltenham Racecourse at number 60 – to lesser known gems such as tasting Cheltenham’s famous spa waters at Pittville Pump Room at number 29, catching your own fish supper at Bibury Trout Farm at number 45, to staying aboard Gloucester’s unique lightvessel the SULA Lightship at number 73.

An initial run of 15,000 limited edition printed Gloucestershire Bucket Lists will be distributed to selected venues featured on the guide, while the digital version can be enjoyed at The Gloucestershire Bucket List.

This exciting project has only been made possible with thanks to the support of a number of carefully-selected partners, who all share in SoGlos’s mission to showcase Gloucestershire on a local, national and international scale:
