Nando's restaurant opens at Gloucester Quays

News – The designer shopping centre Gloucester Quays welcomed a hot and spicy addition today, as chicken chain Nando’s opens.

While Cheltenham’s branch of Nando’s is a firm fixture on the town’s eating out scene, peri-peri fans from Gloucester won’t have so far to travel – as Gloucester Quay’s version of the famous chicken restaurant opened its doors for the first time today.

Offering the chain’s tried and tested menu, including plenty of flame-grilled and Portuguese-inspired cuisine, diners can choose from the extra hot down to lemon and herb on the PERI-ometer at Nando’s in Gloucester – the latest addition to the popular designer shopping centre Gloucester Quays.

Opening just in time for Christmas, the restaurant has space for just under 100 diners and has already proved popular on the first day of opening.

‘Our first day has already proven really popular. We’ve got a great location and customers have been really happy,’ said manager James Scott.
