New winter sports shop open in Cheltenham

With the ski and snowboard season well underway, Slope-Style, a new independent shop in Cheltenham, is proving a popular destination for Gloucestershire’s winter sports enthusiasts.

Whether you’re about to hit the slopes on a skiing holiday or have returned with a damaged snowboard perhaps, a new independent winter sports shop in Cheltenham may be just what you’re looking for.

Recently launched by a local team of snow sports enthusiasts, Slope-Style in the town centre’s Berkeley Mews has been proving a popular choice for Cheltenham’s shoppers.

The new shop stocks a comprehensive range of equipment, including snowboards, boots and bindings, safety equipment and goggles, as well as winter clothing including warm coats and beanies – with shoppers finding brands such as Vans, Volcom, Rome, GNU, Lib Tech, Oakley and Roxy on offer.

Unlike some of the large national chains, a Slop-Style spokesperson said: ‘The team can also source items direct from the manufacturers, so customers have an extensive choice of sizes and colours, for example.’

Plus, as well as being able to get advice from a team of staff who have worked in the snow sports industry for years, customers can also get their boards or skis serviced and repaired at a competitive price.

For more information visit Slope-Style at 11 Berkeley Mews, Cheltenham, GL50 1DY or call (01242) 515000.
