Inviting visitors to celebrate the season of 'hope and new life', Gloucester Cathedral is marking one of the most important dates in the Christian calendar with a host of events this March and April 2026.

For families, The Secret Easter Garden Trail takes place from Saturday 14 March until Sunday 12 April, where little ones can find the flowers hidden around the cathedral to create their very own spring garden design; with free drop in activities from 11am to 3pm on Tuesday 7, Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 April.
And brand-new for spring 2026, visitors can embark on a guided tour of the cathedral's famous Cloister, walking in the footsteps of the monks who once called it home and seeing important conservation work in action.
