Channel your inner Oompa-Loompa with this chocolate-making workshop presented by Cheltenham's very own Willy Wonka.
Founder and head chocolatier of Cheltenham Chocolates Tom Jeffery is inviting people to discover the creation process behind their favourite treat – with a four-hour workshop that promises to teach guests 'the basic skills and knowledge to be able to stir up their own confectionary masterpieces at home.'
Taking place at The Greenway Hotel and Spa on Friday 12 September 2025, the workshop will help guests to master many aspects of the chocolate-making process, including tempering, filling, decorating and finishing.
They will also have the opportunity to create their own luxury bon bons inspired by the chocolatier's unique and signature flavours such as calamansi cheesecake and boozy sour cherry!
Tom Jeffery opened Cheltenham Chocolates nearly two years ago after learning his craft from some of the best chocolatiers in the UK at the prestigious Barry Callebaut's Chocolate Academy in Oxfordshire.
Tom said: 'The theory of chocolate-making – especially the tempering process – underpins everything else and once this is cracked, it opens up a world of pure imagination.
'I remember the moment I fell in love with chocolate-making and I am hoping my masterclass can do the same for others too, while showing them that chocolate-making is easier than initially thought.'
