In partnership with Gloucestershire's local councils, Furbnow — the UK's energy efficiency experts — invites homeowners across the county to take part in a free event this autumn.
Offering practical advice and expert insights, the event is designed to help homeowners make sustainable choices for their property.
Taking place on Saturday 4 October 2025 at Pittville Pump Room, guests will get the chance to speak to experts, see products and learn from real-life case studies, discovering how products like insulation, ventilation systems, heat pumps, solar panels and battery storage work together to lower bills and improve comfort.
Attendees can also expect a panel discussion with eco-renovator and author of 'Beginner's Guide to Eco Renovation' Judith Leary-Joyce when she shares her experiences and tips.
Local firms attending include EV Futures, SWIP, Hewer FM, EWI Pro, BreathTherm and WP Rendering.
The partnership between Furbnow and Gloucestershire’s six councils launched earlier in the year, helping to make home energy upgrades simpler and more accessible.
As part of the new relationship, residents across the county can access a subsidised home energy survey to help them take the first step.
Councillor Cate Cody, chair of climate leadership Gloucestershire and lead member for climate at Tewkesbury Borough Council, said: 'I’d encourage anyone in Gloucestershire looking to make their home more environmentally friendly to attend Energy Smart Gloucestershire 2025 in Cheltenham this October.
'Furbnow is an excellent resource for homeowners – bringing together expert advice, vetted local installers and end-to-end project management to make homes more energy efficient, comfortable and sustainable.'
The doors open at Cheltenham's Regency Pittville Pump Room at 9am — and admission is free.
