All-weather dining space at Pit Kitchen, near Moreton-in-Marsh
For the first time, co-founders George Uren and Adam Thomas will be serving up Pit Kitchen's unique flavours throughout the winter at its Todenham Farm base, near Moreton-in-Marsh.
Designed to reflect the team’s rustic, natural style, Pit Kitchen’s new permanent structure was revealed earlier this month, featuring wooden tables, hessian runners, greenery and hops suspended from the ceiling, with log fires and festoon lighting adding warmth – an Insta-worthy backdrop, alongside the hearty dishes Pit Kitchen has become known for since opening in 2021.
Freckleface in Cheltenham
Collaborating with the likes of Laura Ashley, RHS and Historic Royal Palaces, family-run home fragrance brand, Freckleface, opened its first standalone Gloucestershire store in November.

Home entertainment specialist Smart Home Sounds launched a brand-new shopping experience in Cheltenham that's 'part showroom, part playground for anyone who loves technology and entertainment'.
The new store at Staverton Technology Park is a 'destination for great entertainment designed to be explored, not just shopped', with visitors invited to step into 'beautifully styled' living spaces, test the latest TVs and audio products, or enjoy 'something extra special' in its exclusive Luxury Listening room.
Brewed by Amber in Cheltenham
This month saw the opening of Cheltenham's very first cat-themed cafe, with the launch of Brewed by Amber - a cosy new spot located on Bennington Street, taking over what was previously independent boutique, Monty Smith.

Cheltenham Ice Rink
Get your skates on! Cheltenham's spectacular ice rink has returned to Imperial Gardens, headlining the Regency town's sparkling Christmas celebrations once again.
Residents and visitors have the chance to hit the ice any time from now, with the all-weather ice rink returning to Imperial Gardens for daily skating sessions until Sunday 4 January 2026.
