How would you describe BoConcept?
BoConcept is a design-led modern Danish furniture company that offers excellent value and service for our discerning customers.
BoConcept focuses on contemporary, functional and customisable design.
We offer a premium range of products that are often regarded as ‘affordable luxury’ — we can appeal to those who like the Scandinavian style of IKEA, though desire a more personalised high-end experience with tailored design to their own needs.
In short: BoConcept is 'Scandinavian modern made practical and personal' — stylish without being flashy and designed to adapt to how people actually live.
What are you most proud to provide?
Our outstanding customer service. When customers come into store, we focus on their needs and it's not to just sell them furniture, we give everyone an authentic in store experience they won't forget.
Having a team of skilled designers who truly care about providing the right product for the right customer, is something we pride ourselves on.
Assisting customers in choosing the best items for their homes ensures we have around 70 per cent repeat customers, who know when they come into BoConcept Cheltenham, they will be very well looked after, time and again.

BoConcept Cheltenham has only been open for just over a year and half and in that time, we have dealt with a number of great customers and projects with some amazing feedback.

BoConcept's hallmark is customisable Danish-designed furniture. From sofas to storage solutions, nearly every piece can be tailored — from fabric and colour to configuration and finish — so it fits clients' space and style preferences.
The Cheltenham showroom showcases many customisation options, giving a hands-on way to explore and feel different textures, colours, fabrics and finishes.
Unlike many retailers that make you wait for samples, BoConcept Cheltenham lets customers browse fabric and finish samples in our showroom — making material choices tangible and easier to visualise in your own home.
Throughout the year, we host special events — like mid-season sales, new-collection showcases and networking evenings for local designers, architects and developers. These often include sample packs, drinks and light nibbles.
Earlier this year we hosted a launch event in collaboration with former supermodel Helena Christensen, featuring her curated Danish designs and creative vision.
We also recently held an outlet sale event offering up to 50 per cent off Scandinavian furniture and décor.
The store offers free parking with additional dedicated disabled parking and access with no steps into the store, so we are able to easily accommodate everyone.
Our showroom on Winchcombe Street, in central Cheltenham, is open every day of the week so there's great flexibility for popping in to see us.

Although BoConcept is a global brand, locally we offer a personal service, whether you're an existing customer or new, you will always be greeted with a warm welcome.
The store has a very friendly, boutique-like atmosphere. We are invested in helping people find the right solutions for their homes and lifestyle, rather than simply doing transactions. It’s all about relationships for us!
People might be surprised to hear we can work with a wide range budgets!
On occasion, we have found some customers who are unaware of our brand come into store and their first impressions can be an assumption that they wouldn't be able to afford all our furniture.
However, when they understand we are able to customise our furniture to meet their needs, then they start to see how their expectations and their budget, can usually be met, be their project large or small!
