There aren't many places more cosy than the Cotswolds during the colder months and those looking to embrace autumn in style can experience the brand-new events programme at Hyll in Chipping Campden.
With events taking place throughout November 2025, guests can expect a shopping evening with a luxury menswear brand, a supper club in partnership with Arto Gallery and a Sunday social with a winter walk.
The newly refurbished 14th-century hotel combines sleek modern interiors with hearty period features to create an enveloping atmosphere that encourages guests to slow down and 'do nothing'.
The first of the November events takes place on Wednesday 26 November 2025, where visitors are invited to spend an evening with luxury British menswear brand Private White, with the unique opportunity to meet its founders and browse its latest collection.
After picking out a stylish new wardrobe addition, the evening continues with a talk from explorer Mark Wood, who will be sharing his experiences in the Arctic and giving fascinating insights into his next adventurous expedition.
Then on Friday 28 November 2025, there's the chance to be inspired by an evening of thought-provoking words, sculpture and paint, before enjoying a delicious three-course meal with a bespoke menu created especially for the event.
Hosted by Emma Bovill, Deborah Harrison, Jeremy Houghton and Tony Finn, of Stow-on-the-Wold's Arto Gallery, tickets to the Hyll's literary supper club also include a welcome cocktail, a wine pairing with each dish and a small gift from Hyll, for £190 per person.
The final event of the month is a Hyll Sunday Social on Sunday 30 November 2025, in which guests can bundle up, enjoy a warm festive drink and mince pie, before being whisked away on a two-hour winter walk through the countryside surrounding the hotel's grounds, guided by Cotswold ecologist Andy Warren who will be sharing nature knowledge and seasonal stories en route.
Afterwards a classic Sunday roast will be served. Available from the hotel's restaurant, visitors can tuck into two or three courses from a menu packed with delicious twists on traditional roast favourites, including roast sirloin of beef, spatchcock poussin, roast cod and Cotswold brie and apple butter tart.
